Style Alert Medical ID Jewellery offers domestic and international shipping options.

Domestic (South Africa – Country Wide) Options Include:

Please note that orders will only be delivered on Working Business Days.

  • Domestic Courier Services – (R100.00) can take 3-7 business days to arrive depending on destination location. Packages shipped locally in South Africa are insured, and can be tracked. Please note we cannot deliver to a P.O Box number, a physical address is required.

International (Africa Continent Only) Options Include:

  • International Airfreight – Price on request – can take 7-12 business days to arrive. Packages shipped International Airfreight are insured, and can be tracked.  Insurance will be charged with the airfreight price.

Please be aware that when choosing to have a package shipped internationally your country may charge duties and taxes.
Style Alert will NOT be responsible for any additional duties and taxes which may be applied.

Returns...

Should you experience a defect in your product other than normal wear and tear, or wish to exchange it, please contact us using the subject Return/Service/Repair Request Form.

*Please note: Refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

A form will be sent directly to you to expedite your return/exchange/repair along with a return authorization number.  Please complete the form and return it to us along with a copy of your invoice and the merchandise.  Repairs made by anyone other than Style Alert will result in a void of your warranty.

  1. Please print and complete the form sent to you.
  2. If your alert medical ID tag is removable, please take it off your bracelet and keep it in a safe place. If it is affixed, there is no need to try to remove it.
  3. Enclose your Style Alert merchandise in a PADDED ENVELOPE along with your printed and completed Repair/Exchange Request Form and a copy of your invoice. A non-padded envelope may result in damage to or loss of your medical ID. Style Alert is not responsible for lost or damaged incoming shipments; we encourage you to track or insure your package.
  4. We can assist with collections for returns via our Courier Service, payment will need to be made to us before the shipment can be collected.
  • Repairs in the first six months: No charge, shipping & handling fees may apply
  • Repairs after six months: R100 + shipping and handling
  • Resizing in the first six months: First resize is free + Shipping and handling
  • Resizing after first six months (or any time after first resizing): R100 + shipping and handling

NOTE: Should sizing be incorrectly provided resulting in bracelets not fitting. We will resize the bracelet, however courier charges and an admin fee will be at your cost.
